Today there are more than 65 million people—men, women and children, who have fled their homes due to war, lack of food or violence. They are migrants, refugees and internally displaced people. These precious people have endured the worst of humanity. They have seen their family members killed, tortured and starved to death. They are the victims of atrocities many of us cannot even fathom.
We understand this is a complicated issue – with no easy answers. But to the Seventh-day Adventist Church and those who volunteer in these situations, this is a call of the Lord to minister, heal, protect, and comfort these suffering ones.
During this episode, we will look at some of these stories and what Seventh-day Adventists are doing in different parts of the world to alleviate some of the suffering and minister for Him.
